This section outlines the professional fees for flat rate services offered by Voyage Fiduciary. All flat rate services are paid in-full before the service is rendered.
Comprehensive Consultation
$250
This in-depth session addresses all the critical information we need to prepare for guardianship and conservatorship (if necessary), provides a thorough analysis of financial sustainability to ensure assets can cover future needs, and facilitates the essential planning for care directives with your guidance. The agenda is centered on the cooperative preparation of a care plan for the individual seeking services.
Introductory Consultation
$250
This consultation is a focused, client-driven session designed to address your specific questions and concerns upfront. Rather than following a set agenda, we concentrate on understanding your unique needs and discussing our available fiduciary services in detail. This meeting allows us to ensure you have a clear picture of how we operate, what solutions are available to you, and what steps are needed to move forward with confidence.
Ready to Launch Program
$320 per year
The Ready to Launch Program is your essential back-up system for unforeseen events. We create and maintain a comprehensive, 'living profile' of care for the individual. This service is designed for family Guardians or Conservators who need a swift, organized solution if they become unexpectedly unable to provide care. It works along side existing estate plans. Enrollment is prepaid for one year and is renewable annually.
Hourly Billing Schedule
This section outlines the professional fees for fiduciary and administrative services provided in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) Title 14. All services are billed in increments of 6-minute (0.1 hour) intervals. These are the rates we bill for our Fiduciary Services as Guardian and Conservator after being officially appointed by the courts. These rates are also applicable to our Trustee and Power of Attorney services.
Fiduciary Rate
$160 per hour
This rate applies to all substantive services requiring the professional judgment and expertise of a licensed fiduciary.

Review and analysis of legal and financial documents.

Communicating with attorneys, CPAs, and other professional advisors.

Making decisions regarding the ward's personal care, medical treatment, and residency.

Preparing and filing mandatory court reports (e.g., Annual Accountings, Inventories, and Personal Status Reports).

Testifying at court hearings.

Investigating assets and debts of the estate.
Admin Rate
$80 per hour
This rate applies to non-substantive, administrative, and clerical tasks that are necessary for the proper management of the estate but do not require the direct professional judgment of a licensed fiduciary.
