About
Voyage Fiduciary offers comprehensive guardianship and conservatorship services, ensuring the well-being and consistent care of individuals who have lost capacity due to age, illiness, or developmental disability.

Mission
At Voyage Fiduciary, our mission is to empower the individuals we serve to live their best life. We strive to advocate for each person precisely as they would for themselves, and we are committed to being an industry leader in transparent and ethical business practices.
Approach
We use a person-centered approach to care, meaning that the unique needs, values, and interests of the individual are always at the core of decision-making. Rather than adhering to industry norms or dictated processes, our priority is to empower each person to live the life they desire.

Community Focous
People do not exist in a silo, and neither should their care. We believe in including a person's existing community in their care. We listen to family, friends, and caretakers-and take their insights seriously. We want to not only to maintain an individuals connection to their community, but to promote it's growth and involvement.
Our Story:
My name is Chloe E. Arce
Founder and Principal Fiduciary
I founded Voyage Fiduciary to directly advocate for the most vulnerable members of our population. My professional journey has always been guided by a desire to help people live better lives.

I initially believed this impact was achieved through large-scale governmental policy, which led me to obtain a degree in Political Science from Northern Arizona University. After college, my path led me to Immigration Law, where I worked at a firm helping clients obtain visas and citizenship. While this work was rewarding, I often felt limited in terms of direct involvement and personal actionability.

I subsequently transitioned to working as a legal assistant in a trusts and estates law firm. Here, I was immediately drawn to the concept of direct advocacy demonstrated by fiduciaries representing estates and individuals. I observed, however, that the legal arena can be sterile and practical, a stark contrast to the often messy and paradoxical realities faced by those needing care. I believe a good fiduciary must expertly negotiate between these two realities.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of client needs, I took a year-long sabbatical to work as a direct caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities. This experience profoundly shapes how I approach every aspect of care today.

Like most of us, I like to do work I'm poised for. I have a bubbly disposition but am also a fierce advocate. I take special pride in navigating red tape and am an excellent negotiator. Furthermore, I fancy myself something of a financier—I am passionate about budgets, investments, and taxes, a skill set honed during my prior experience as a personal banker.

Once I realized I could become a professional advocate (a Fiduciary) and directly empower people to live better lives, there was no other choice. It is, quite simply, what I was born to do.
